Back pain

My back has been hurting since yesterday. I went to the park with my family yesterday and played with my daughters. When my elder daughter played with a zip-line, I help her hold on to the rope. At that exact moment, I felt a pain in my back. I thought that the pain would go away today, but it hasn't. I feel my age.
