A rumor

 I heard a funny story from my wife today. It’s about a conversation between my wife and an  old neighborhood woman. She told my wife that our house is called “the big, white house” in the neighborhood. 

In fact, our house isn’t big at all. It is L-shaped, so it looks big from the outside even though it is normal size. She heard a lot of rumor about our family from the old woman.
