Fukushima City issued coupon ticket among coronavirus outbreak

I received the ticket from Fukushima City which can be exchanged for coupons. Each coupon costs 10,000 yen and can be redeemed for the various products with a total value of 13,000 yen. This means that we would earn back 3,000 yen per coupon. There are four in our family so we will get four coupons. Fukushima City Mayor announced that he hopes the coupons would be a key to economic recovery.
